The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets today confirmed 39 New York specialty food purveyors to participate in the Pride of New York Marketplace within the new Food Trends Experience. Products range from local vegetables with exceptional flavor, award winning wine and craft beer, sustainable dairy and meats, distinctive foie gras, unique heirloom fingerling potato chips, artisan breads, gourmet pickled products, specialty ravioli and pasta, jams and chutneys, high quality yogurts and cheeses and so much more – all reflecting New York State's rich and diverse array of quality products from family farmers and food processors.
