What is the cost to exhibit at the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York?

We offer upgraded value packages to our exhibitors to make exhibiting as cost-effective and as easy as possible. Contact our sales force today for detailed information. In addition, Show Management will pay drayage expenses for exhibitors who fall into the Drayage Program provided that the conditions are met as explained in the Exhibitor Manual! What is included in the Upgraded Value Packages?

As an International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York exhibitor, you can receive a booth with standard booth background (pipe and drape), company ID sign, directory listing in the Official Show Directory, standard furnishings (carpet, 6ft table, and 2 side chairs), and amentites like the lead retrieval machine, attendee lists, cleaning, etc. You can also receive VIP tickets imprinted with your company name, free drayage and free public relations. Does the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York get press coverage?

Yes. In 2010, nearly 100 trade and consumer press organizations were at the Show. WCBS 880am, WPIX, CNBC, ABC World News Now, NY1, A & E, Fox News, WNBC, New York Magazine, Total Food Service, Pastry Art & Design, Food Arts, and Nation's Restaurant News came to the Show to preview the latest products and services resulting in lots of event coverage. Can I bring my family to the Show?

This event is for the trade only! Children under the age of 18 are not permitted on the Show floor, including infants. NO EXCEPTIONS! Photo ID will be required for all attendees.
