We have partnered with the James Beard Foundation for over a decade to offer special events to its members, as well as IRSFNY participants. Continuing with that tradition, we are proud to present two unique dining opportunities at the Beard House.
The setting is an elegant, historic townhouse where James Beard taught, cooked, lived and wrote. The ambiance combines the comfort and professional service of a restaurant with the charm and grace of a private home:
Cost: $165 per person.
Dinners start at 7:00 PM. The $165 per person, is all inclusive, which includes: passed hors d'oeuvre reception, elegant 5-course chef’s tasting menu, with matching wines, mineral water, illy caffe coffee or mighty leaf teas, and gratuity. James Beard Foundation is tax-exempt. The experience includes walking through the kitchen to see the chefs in action as well as chef Q & A at dessert time.
