About John LoCascio
OWNER & FOUNDER, STUF'D
Born and raised in Queens NYC, John LoCascio found a love for cooking at a young age. Growing up in an Italian household, he watched and learned from his mother and grandparents. In his early teens he first worked at a pizzeria and Italian restaurant where he professionally perfected his cooking skills.
During his late early 20's, he took a break from the kitchen and tried his hand in semiprofessional football and was successful. During that time, however, he decided food was his real passion and he dreamed of owning his own food truck.
In 2016, John's dreams came true when he opened his food truck and catering company "Stuf'd" with the help of his partner and good friend Rebecca. Today "Stuf'd" travels all over the tri-state area filling bellies and making people happy through food.
