Gelato Competition
Twelve Gelato Makers will create and present their signature flavor on Sunday, March 8th and the top six finalists will move to the next and final phase creating the typical American Pie in gelato version on Tuesday, March 10th, followed by the “2020 Gelato Maker of the Year” announcement.
The Gelato Makers will participate in two days of eliminations, with fifty minutes of production time for each round.

Cake Design
Six Cake Designers will showcase their amazing cake decorations with Chalkboard theme on Sunday, March 8th. "The 2020 Cake Designer of the Year" will be announced on Tuesday, March 10th and judging will begin promptly at 4pm.  Competitors will have two hours and thirty minutes to set up their cake and complete decorating. Click here for details and to apply!
