You'll enter a world of whiskey and taste everything from the new and rare Kentucky Peerless Bourbon Whiskey to a Japanese whisky as the International Restaurant & Foodservice Show of New York welcomes top whiskey expert Tom Fischer to host a masterclass and tasting.
This class will help elevate your establishment or business with new ideas on how to leverage trends in Bourbon and international whisky. Fischer works with international hotels, bartenders and even cigar brands on building and enhancing their whiskey programs and education.
